1. Stay Format

Liivakell is designed for peaceful and family-oriented stays. The cottages are not suitable for loud, highly active or large-scale events. Please consider this format before booking.

2. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, guests must avoid any noise that may disturb others.

3. Cleanliness

Guests must maintain cleanliness during their stay. The cottage must be left in a tidy condition upon departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary.

4. Sauna and Equipment

The sauna and equipment must be used according to instructions. The sauna must not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for fire safety.

5. Smoking

Smoking inside the cottages is prohibited. Violations may result in additional cleaning charges.

6. Pets

Allowed only upon prior agreement with the administration.

7. What to Bring

Guests bring their own charcoal, lighter fluid and firewood. Slippers or indoor footwear are recommended for comfort.

8. Property Responsibility

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.

9. Administration’s Right

In case of rule violations, unauthorized events, repeated noise, safety risks or property damage, the administration reserves the right to:
— require immediate correction of the violation;
— restrict access to certain areas or equipment;
— terminate the stay without refund.
